I reported seeing this almost 5 years ago. He was gone for a while but now is back!

Muffler Man

Now called "The Binkery Restaurant and Pub" the Muffler Man is no longer visible in the 3rd floor window. I called and talked with the owner (12/10/07) and he said that during a remodeling the head was rolled away from the window and never replaced, so it is still there.
