Dent Myer's Best Little Warhouse

It's fitting that in the only town in the nation to require homeowners to own a handgun, this store found a home. The proprietor of this establishment is professed to be the reincarnation of famed Southern General, Stonewall Jackson. The store is a hodgepodge of memorabilia from the more sinister days of the South. A KKK uniformed mannequin greets visitors. Dent has a collection of civil war relics, photos of him with stars like Jimmy Page, various herbs and home remedies, and who knows what else. He has a variety of white supremacy literature for your parusal. Even if you do not go into the store, it is worth a glimpse just to see what particular sign he has hanging from his storefront (during the Olympics he had a sign that read "Olympukes Go Home") or the mural of the Civil War soldier painted on the side of the building.

It is an odd duck in a city desperately trying to lure in the much coveted antiques and chicken salad sandwich scene. You will know if Dent is at the store if his Trans Am with the General's stars and leaflet cluster painted on the doors is parked outside.

Dent Myer has been known to pose on the streets of Kennesaw with his gun (the head of every Kennesaw household is required to own one since the law was passed in 1982).
