My wife and I found the fountain while visiting Los Angeles. Unfortunately it was not [operating that day].
[Sean, 09/11/2009]Mildred P. Flaggerty Bedpan Fountain -- a tiny, triangular park at the crossroads of Sunset Blvd and Griffith Park Blvd in Silver Lake holds what seems to be just another water fountain. Upon close inspection, though, you discover that the fountain is made up of several concrete "bedpans" that pour water into each other.
