Historical Wax Museum of New Orleans
Some really great tableaux, but there's an awful lot of murder in New Orleans history... And it appears there are werewolves too. The last figure is quite possibly the best, but I won't spoil the suprise.
[Tatyana Jula, 06/09/2013]This is a wax museum dedicated to the History of New Orleans, with a small chamber of horrors sort of tacked on to the end. There are one or two really well done figures, but most of the rest are in serious need of maintenance. I always take friends there when they come to town and give them my special tour of missing fingers, extra dusty props, and of course, the blazing VOODOO neon sign, accompanying the "real voodoo ceremony."
