Smiley Face Water Tower

Seen in a 2005 road trip drive-by (we needed to reach that giant skier before dusk), this Smiley water tower on the east side of town was painted yellow with a proportionately small smiley face. Didn't notice an obvious way to get a better vantage point; it might be on private industrial property.
