A Muffler Man, painted as a Pittsburgh Steeler football player for years, was decapitated by a storm in 2009. Repainted as a Bunyan in 2021; the old head finally reattached on July 26, 2023.

We found him in front of the Westmoreland Tire building -- a bright red building, so it's easy to spot. He no longer has his football helmet on, but still is dressed as a football player, wearing a number 8 on his shirt. He now looks like a Paul Bunyan type. This rugged guy has a brown beard once again and is wearing a bright yellow toque (logger's cap).
