Westhampton, New York: Musketeers and Castle
An Italian restaurant resembling a castle, originally opened in 1928. 12-foot-tall fencing Musketeer statues and castle date to the late 1800s, built by artist Theophilus Brower, who wanted a castle similar to one he'd seen in Seville, Spain.

If you want a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach, you should take Montauk Highway through Westhampton, NY (about 80 miles east of Manhattan), and you will come across a castle with all sorts of sculptures around and on top of it - swordfighters, wrestlers, animals, etc. Inside is a pretty fair Italian restaurant (I recommend the veal dishes and the desserts).

Casa Basso was built in the late 1800s by a rich American named Theophilus Brower, who liked castles and had an overactive imagination when it came to medieval ornamentation. It's been a restaurant since 1928! May 2017: Photo added.
