Wild Rose, Wisconsin: 23-Foot-Tall Transformer Robot (Gone)
In 2014, metal artist George Edgren took a junker Oldsmobile and turned it into a full-size Transformer standing in his driveway, one hand resting on his roof. George displays more metal art creations in his yard. Reported gone April 2024.
- Directions:
- From Hwy 22/Main St. just south of Wild Rose, turn east onto County Rd H. Follow it east for 4.5 miles (H will turn south, but keep driving east). The road will bend left around a lake, then right again. Just after it bends right, the driveway with the Transformer will be on the left -- if it's still there.

We visited there Monday, and the Transformer is quite impressive! The artist's mother was there and was very nice to answer our questions. A nice lakeside drive, and easy to find via the app map.
