A big cow stands guard on the roof of a convenience store. When the old Michigan Theater was gutted to turn it into a parking garage, the ornate ceiling was left in place. It weighs 15 tons and stands 25 feet high. Built in 1893, it was dismantled in 1974, then un-dismantled in 1998. |
