The city's historical namesake has been returned to the spot where it was first seen. It really is the Gangster Museum of Hot Springs, which was Las Vegas before there was a Las Vegas (1920-40). Weapons of killers, slot machines from local casinos, and other local vice memorabilia. A two-story outhouse was a popular tourist stop at old tourist magnet Booger Hollow. Both "Maw" and "Paw" stations are on the ground floor. Last we heard, the outhouse continues to amuse travelers. |
