A hideous food disaster, though the historic marker doesn't do much to recreate the moment. This was the World's Largest World until a map company in Yarmouth, ME, unveiled an indoor mega-globe. This one is still worth a stop. The world turned inside out as a large glass sphere, for your geographic viewing pleasure. |
