Situated on historic El Camino Real near Matadero Creek one mile away from Stanford University. We are the only smoke free hotel. Enjoy all the benefits of our surroundings including nearby Stanford University, Stanford and VA Hospitals, NASA, Moffet Field, Ames Research Center, Stanford Shopping Center, Yahoo, HP, Google, tennis and golf courses, hiking and biking trails, award winning restaurants, California Ave. Bart Station (within walking distance), and much more. Known as 'The Lodge' by our preferred and frequent guests, is an Eichler building dating back to the 1950's, amongst the first hospitality establishments in Palo Alto. We are currently under renovation but will be able to accept limited reservations, please call the hotel directly for any concerns regarding the remodel which you may have prior to booking. All 18 guest units are located at ground level for efficiency and noise reduction. Each room is 220 square feet featuring exposed vaulted ceilings, king size beds, free high speed wireless internet, 80+ cable TV channels w/HBO, and complimentary toiletries. You will also have the convenience of in-room coffee makers, microwave ovens, refrigerators/freezers, hairdryer and iron/ironing boards.
