Two warbirds from different eras on display at the entrance to the Wyoming Air National Guard base in Cheyenne, WY. One is an F-84F Thunderstreak, tail number 27019 produced during the Korean War, but never saw combat. It is decked out in USAF Thunderbird paint and markings. The other is a Wyoming Air National Guard C-130 cargo plane, tail number 37861 probably produced during the Vietnam War era. It bears current haze grey military paint and Wyoming ANG markings.
Don't go all the way to the base entrance checkpoint, you will probably get the third degree and have your car searched by military police.
