Lost Region or All Access - Restoration Procedure
All Access or Individual Regions
**June 2016**: If purchased regions do not unlock or restore, please contact us from within the app (More > Feedback). We can unlock. Include your Roadside America user name, date regions were purchased, and if the error displayed "Purchase Unsuccessful," or if a restore of an older purchase fails. Reinstalling the app does not currently fix this issue.
For already paid-for region access (purchased since December 12, 2011), you can restore the access to your new or reset device by going to the app, tap More, tap All Access, and tap the red Restore button. Select "I have an account" and login with your RoadsideAmerica.com username and password. You may then be asked to also login to iTunes. Once your access is retrieved, you will see the unlocked region states in More > Cities.
(Old) US Access Purchased in 2010-11
Roadside America App version 1.0 - 1.3, released in 2010-11, included an option to purchase and unlock US Access, renewable annually. These subscriptions have all expired. This in-app purchase is unavailable in later app versions, replaced with permanently unlocked purchase options for individual regions or All Access (US/Canada). To make a purchase, update to the latest Roadside America App version and go to More, then All Access, then select a region to unlock or Unlock All. Select "I have an account" and login with your RoadsideAmerica.com username and password. You may then be asked to also login to iTunes. Once your access is retrieved, you will see the unlocked region states in More > Cities.
Lost User Name: If you have forgotten your username, please contact us. Provide your full name, email address used for the original app purchase, and purchase date (or approximate date).
