A private collection of tanks from various nations and eras is all displayed in a former printing warehouse. I was told by the young woman at the museum entrance that the tanks are owned by a Wichita neurosurgeon who collects them as a hobby.
The tanks are identified with individual placards, but there is little other explanatory information or other trappings of a typical museum (gift shop, etc). I didn't make a count, but something like 25 tanks are on display.
[Jonathan Bradley, 04/24/2024]A sign outside the museum cautions, "No Climbing On Tanks."

You know an astronaut is well-favored when he never left orbit but still merits a moon rock in his museum.
