If you are near Hannibal, stop and take a snapshot with the World's Largest Mug of Root Beer. It rotates 50 feet in the air. Then before going on to see all the Mark Twain offerings, sit out on the deck of the Mark Twain Dinette and have a mouth-watering root beer float.

Worth seeing this quirky sign and historical place. We were grateful to the tipster who mentioned Mr. D'z across the street. Thanks to them, we enjoyed a delicious homemade root beer and the best milkshake and malt!

The mug was toppled by Hurricane Ida on Aug. 31, 2021. Its owners have vowed to repair it and put it back on its pole.
