An ice cream cone shaped building sells over 50 flavors of Perry's ice cream. It's at the corner of Rainbow Blvd and Niagara Streets right before the rainbow bridge over to Canada.

- Directions:
- From Niagara Falls, take 1st St. south until you cross onto Goat Island. Follow Goat Island Rd for just a short distance. You'll see a large parking lot on the left and a big brick-and-stone arch on the right. Park and walk through the arch to Stedmans Bluff, at the northern tip of the island, overlooking the American Falls. The statue is there.

Get in a boat with a bunch of other people and get drenched at the base of Niagara Falls. It may not sound like fun, but it is.

- I-190 exit 21. Drive west on the Robert Moses Pkwy for four miles. It turns into Prospect St., and ends at Niagara Falls State Parks Parking Lot 1, on the left. Walk from there to the Maid of the Mist entrance, following the signs.

- April-Nov. Summer daily 9:15-8, fewer hours Spring and Fall. Local health policies may affect hours and access.

The new Maid of the Mist is all electric propulsion. The ride is great if you like excitement and getting wet a little. They give out blue rain ponchos, while the Canadian side has red ponchos. The water is about 167 feet deep!
