According to one of the Yuma locals, the church was heavily damaged some years ago during a windstorm that blew it over. A group of locals salvaged what they could and purchased supplies to rebuild it as it stands today. Therefore it doesn't look like it's very old, but it's been around for years. It's just sitting there next to a crop field all by itself. Very cute and serene when you go inside.

- Address:
- S. Ave. 13 E., Yuma, AZ
- Directions:
- I-8 exit 12. North on Fortuna Rd for two miles, then north on US 95 for a little over five miles. The church is just north of the Bridge to Nowhere -- within view of its towers, in the middle of a crop field, to the west of US 95.
This is a great little place to visit. Not necessary, but walking shoes are best for getting around as it's somewhat dusty being in the desert. Hands-on items you can touch make it a fun trip. Well worth the drive if you like to go back in time.
[Kerin Fassler, 02/10/2018]- Yuma, Arizona - Bridge To Nowhere This is a fun place to stop and check out the bridge. Come during Fall/early spring and have a bite to eat at the farm that's at the base. It's a U-Pick farm of seasonal produce. They have great quirky homemade gifts and awesome food. The carne asada tacos are some of the best in town, and the salsa bar show off the wonderful talents of the local cooks. [jen, 04/27/2014]Bridge To Nowhere:

A 2001 storm wreaked tiny church havoc. The reconstruction looks much the same as when it was first built in 1995.
