Court orders butt cleaned by county's "Annoying Neighbor"

An Altamonte Springs, Florida man, dubbed Seminole County's "Annoying Neighbor," was released from jail by a judge hoping he'd clean up his ratty profusion of yard junk and trash. His name is Alan Davis, and we haven't heard any college professor dub him Outsider Artist or Garbage Yardist yet. Witnesses saw Davis moving his giant human butt statue around the yard by sticking his head between the thighs and walking. The consensus: he wasn't really cleaning, just shuffling stuff around. Neighbors have complained about the landscape of swill for a decade. Alan awaits sentencing for felony littering. [10/05/2003]
