Walk-Thru Bibles
The Holy Bible is one popular book. Two thousand years on the best sellers list, with myriad sugarcoated "good news" and ebonics versions reaching out to everyone. Okay -- almost everyone. Aside from the motel Gideons, what kind of Bible targets the on-the-go hypertourist?

That's where a good walk-thru Bible attraction is handy. While Holy Lands -- of the drive-thru and walk-thru variety -- are found in various states (and states of disrepair), a promotional claim of Bible walk-thru-idness promises more. It can be a more spiritually directed experience, an opportunity to make sense of it all ... and perhaps a shot at redemption?
We're no Bible experts, but we've spent enough time perusing the Good
Guide Book to sort the wheat from the chaff, tourism-wise. Two of our current
favorites are the Museum of Woodcarving, Shell Lake, Wisconsin, and
the Living Bible Museum, Mansfield, Ohio.
