Dummy Lighthouse Keeper (Closed)

On the Broadway bridge connecting Van Buren to Fort Smith, travelers will spot a lighthouse on the southwest bank. It's a wood-shingled fake, sitting atop a seafood restaurant. Faux lighthouses are a dime a dozen, but the one at the Lighthouse Inn is large, has a window-enclosed top containing a light, and a mysterious lighthouse keeper standing in front of the light. It's a dummy in a dark suit, tie and hat (captain's cap or top hat?) standing sentinel. We don't know who the mannequin represents. Worth a drive-by snapshot.
