Theodore the Tugboat He's huge! He's cute! Theodore Too is a life size replica of the tugboat from, you guessed it, Theodore the Tugboat -- an incredibly popular children's television show from the 90s. He can be seen occasionally cruising halifax harbor (you can even get a tour in the summer) but he's usually tied up down at the waterfront near the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic. Such a neat sight!
