The Bobby Orr statue is near the TD Garden in Boston. It is modeled after the goal that Orr scored in the 1970 Stanley Cup finals. Behind it is the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge that spans the Charles River.

The sculpture is of emaciated men on scrawny horses, depicting the Polish underground fighters who battled the post-WWII Communist regime of Poland.
