Concord, Michigan - Twist on standard Mail Pouch Sign While driving through downown Concord, Michigan it was impossible not to notice what looked like a repainted standard Mail Pouch Tobacco sign, except that the words "Treat yourself to the Best" read "Treat Yourself to Cancer."
