Indian massacre location -- not much to see. Out in the middle of nowhere. Small hill to walk up and then a memorial. Couple of graves at the top and bottom. Mostly wanted to let you know it is in the middle of nowhere so make sure you have gas in the auto. Good time to check out Kulm as well.
Also. No services in Merricourt. I went through there in the middle of the day and even my 15 yr old daughter got the creeps. As close to a modern day ghost town as you will find. Boarded up and overgrown. I did notice one mailbox though.
