McD's Performing Moon - Mac Tonight

This attraction is gone. Just a regular McDonalds now.

McD's Performing Moon - Mac Tonight

Moon character in a tux sitting at a grand piano. In McDonald's on Rt. 12.

[Dawn Jackson, 06/11/2011]

Though now he appears like some lonely lunar Elephant Man, his origins largely forgotten, Mac Tonight was part of a "late hours" ad campaign for McDonald's that appeared between 1986 and 1997. These displays must have been expensive, because the few establishments we've seen them at never seem to want to give up the classy touch of a dapper piano-playing moon.
