"In A Tangle" - Los Angeles sculptors Joshua Howell and Kagan Taylor of Popup Design created this whimsical bike rack, acquired as a public art piece. Constructed of dense tropical wood, a black metal tube weaves between the teeth to resemble a giant hair. Part of a series of humorous public art bike racks in Roanoke.
