Scenic Overlook Of Two States

Went by today and found out we couldn't get to it. There was a barricade blocking the entrance. Looked like it hadn't been open in years (Grass growing up through the cracks in the road).

The tower and scenic view pull-off were open as recently as a year ago. Maybe someone finally realized that anyone can see two states by straddling any state line on the ground.
