Richard Silc found some old oil tanks on his former dairy farm, and decided to turn them into goofy cow sculptures inspired by historical figures: Picowso, Lady Cowdiva, etc.

Richard Silc found some discarded oil tanks on his property. It used to be a dairy farm, so he's gradually transformed them into a herd of goofy cow sculptures out by the highway.
