Richard Silc found some old oil tanks on his former dairy farm, and decided to turn them into goofy cow sculptures inspired by historical figures: Picowso, Lady Cowdiva, etc.

- On the west side of Route 100, either three miles south of Heartwellville or five miles north of the Vermont-Massachusetts state line. Set back slightly from the road along a gravel driveway.
