Tiny Church - St. Joseph's Chapel
Harsh gravel roads off the interstate. Probably wouldn't recommend in a car, was hard enough in a crossover SUV. It does look incredible though, very tiny and well maintained.
Found a much easier route out! Don't let Google maps take the back roads. Drive straight down 61st to 161st then turn left. Roads are in much better condition.[Lady Amanda, 05/19/2016]
St. Joseph's Chapel
Built in 1907 and large enough for a priest and two altar servers, St. Joseph's is one of the smallest chapels in America. Mass is held there once a year. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Maintained by private owner.[Walt Grooms, 10/18/2003]
