The Popeye statue on US 71B in Springdale was removed a couple of years ago, but is now back on its pedestal in front of the Sager Creek Vegetable Co., who package the product (It used to be Allen Canning, which was acquired out of bankruptcy by an investor group in 2014).
There's also a statue of Popeye in front of the company's headquarters on E. Main Street in Siloam Springs.

The Popeye statue is positioned on top of a 3 ft. tall vegetable crate. Parking is somewhat limited immediately at site, but plenty within short walk range!
[Dan S, 06/22/2015]The Popeye Statue has moved back outside. The Sailor-Man now stands atop a crate of...something. The Allen's company was renamed, so his sponsor is now the Sager Creek Vegetable Company.
