Uniroyal Gal

This fiberglass temptress woos the traffic along Washington Street in Peoria, Illinois. The popular landmark is one of a small number of surviving models we call "Uniroyal Gals."
The statue was damaged in an auto accident in 2005, and taken down for repairs. She returned in 2006, though now wearing a less revealing skirt and blouse.
