Marquette, Iowa - Pink Elephant
This past October we were traveling along the Mississippi River. The notorious pink elephant has received a new outlook and has gone spotted. He looks like one of the 101 dalmations. They have a gambling establishment/hotel instead of the little pink motel.[Jackie Miller, 01/10/1998]
Benld, Illinois - Giant Beach Guy
While travelling old Route 66 in Illinois I came across this giant fiberglass beach guy. It stands in front of the Coliseum, which is now an antique shop. On the opposite end of the building is a pink elephant on a trailer. I assume this is a new attraction because it does not show up on any Route 66 books or web sites or even the Illinois Rt. 66 maps available from the welcome centers. I mention this only because the Coliseum itself does show up on a state 66 guide.[Richard Weiss, 05/18/2005]
These was a tip on this Swimmer Giant earlier in 2005 -- he appears to be recent installment. We've seen the mold for this model at FAST in Sparta, Wisconsin. Sun glasses optional.

Livingston, Illinois - Pink Elephant Antique Mall
We stopped here on our way to Minnesota. The UFO is green now. We didn't see a Harley Davidson man like the previous tip says; maybe we missed it. We checked out the antique shop and it had some pretty cool things to see. Then we had some ice cream from the Twistee Treat. Huge portions. My daughter's banana split was nearly the size of my head![Amy Sorsoleil, 08/31/2012]
We visited the Mall a month ago and the Harley-Davidson Muffler Man was there, but standing out in a field some distance away from the rest of the eye candy.
Livingston, Illinois - Futuro at Pink Elephant Mall
New attractions have been added to the Pink Elephant Antique Mall in Livingston Illinois. The Harley Davidson Muffler Man has arrived dressed in full Harley Gear! Also come and witness the most awesome attraction of all: an original Futuro Spaceship. The plans are to make it into a dining area for their Out of this World ICE CREAM. So many awesome attractions are located on this property it's hard to pick a favorite![Dave, 01/13/2010]
- Livingston, Illinois - Ice Cream Cone-shaped Building
Twistee Treat is a Giant Ice Cream Cone building that sells the best ice cream around. Also on the property is a surf guy, that was in the movie Flatliners. There is a life-size Pink Elephant and 2 other elephants that appear to be coming out of the Antique Mall. Inside the Antique Mall there is an original Muffler Man.[Cheryl, 07/17/2009]
