Bunyan and Babe.

Paul Bunyan and Babe Statues

Field review by the editors.

Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Not so big for a Bunyan, but in a quiet, woodsy Carson park on a hill above town. Reported attacked and torn down by vandals on Sept. 15, 2002, then restored several months later, with cretin-resistant, concrete-filled legs.

He stands between the softball fields and the logging camp museum that bears his name.
