Byron, Georgia: Faded Peach Water Tower (Gone)

Erected in 2000, but the Georgia sun has faded it considerably since then. It honors Peach County and the Peach State, and can hold a half-million gallons of water or peach soda.

Big Peach Water Tower

There is a big peach in Byron, GA just off I-75. It is clearly visible from the road. I think it's just a water tower painted to look like a peach but it is a very familiar landmark.
