Rocky Statue and Steps The Art Museum steps are so easy to run up in a Rocky-like fashion. It was no surprise to see a good amount of people doing it while we were there. We saw everyone from tourists to exercisers, to men in business suits doing the Rocky victory fist pump at the top of the stairs. The view towards historic Philly is amazing and a great back drop for you Rocky poses.
The Rocky statue is down the stairs and towards your immediate left. Beautiful area for picture taking. [Danielle, 10/14/2011]
