Visitor Tips and News About Frostop Root Beer Mug
The large frosty mug is still in operation, although the actual drive-in is a bit worn. Well worth the view, and can't be missed if you are coming from or going to Yellowstone via Idaho Hwy 20.[Les Hammond, 03/13/2014]
Great stop along the National Park "tour." Frostop service is great, as are the servers. We were traveling with my MIL and the server offered to take a picture with all of us in it, despite being slammed with lunchers. Food was yummy as were, of course, the root beer floats.[Suz, 07/26/2013]
Drink from a tiny replica of the Frostop sign.
Must stop! Root beer float was simple and yummy. Order the tater tots with fry sauce. They still have drive-in service, even on a cold, windy day.[Steph Clark, 04/30/2013]
I took this picture while on vacation... Liked the sign. It's the largest root beer sign I had ever seen.[Bill Bentley, 01/25/2007]
