Directions:: Canyon Elementary School. I-90 exit 34. Turn north, then turn east, paralleling the Interstate. Drive one mile. Turn left (no stoplight) onto Schoolhouse Loop, and follow to the school, on the left. Call first to make an appointment; they won't allow Muffler-Man-crazed strangers to just show up and enter the school when kids are present.
Hours:: By appt only. Local health policies may affect hours and access.

Muffler Man in Classroom

The Muffler Man torso/head formerly at Pinehurst Elementary School has moved. The teacher who had him at Pinehurst switched schools, and is now at Canyon Elementary in Cataldo. The Bunyan now resides in a 2nd grade classroom.

Muffler Man inside a School

There is a half-Muffler-Man in a classroom at an elementary school in Pinehurst. I was walking across their playground at night and saw his head through a window. Upon inquiring, I found out that the teacher in the the 4th grade classroom is a Muffler Man fan who put the head and torso in his class! I was able to get a picture inside the next day.
