Visitor Tips and News About Holy Land USA
They are working on the Holy Land USA site in Waterbury, and have replaced the old cross with a gorgeous cross that they can change the colors on to coincide with the church calendar. Holy Land USA was opened to local residents for one day only, Sept. 14, 2014, to raise awareness of recent restoration efforts on its behalf. A mass was even held in its chapel. The attraction is still largely in disrepair, but progress is being made.[CK, 09/28/2014]
