Brownsville, Oregon - "Stand By Me" Movie Festival Brownsville, OR, the filming location for the movie "Stand By Me," will be hosting a Stand By Me Festival on July 28, 2007. No word yet if this is going to be a yearly occurrence.
There will be a professional Blueberry Pie Eating Contest, a search for a "Dead" Body Scavenger Hunt, and a screening of the movie. [Jody Day, 07/04/2007]
