Eagle River, Alaska - Bird Wash - Alaskan Peacocks As I was driving through Eagle River I noticed the Eagle River Car Wash has a giant swan on the top. I was taking a picture, and noticed a peacock waddling about near the vacuum cleaners....surprising considering I've never seen a peacock in Alaska. Turns out there's a duck pond just behind the car wash with tons of ducks, geese, some swans, and four beautiful peacocks wandering around.
