Artist Blue Sky installed these chains on the 1500 block of Main St, Columbia, SC in 2000. The chains are 25 feet long with a diameter of 5 feet. They connect the Sylvan Bros. Building and the Kress Building. [G. A. Sharp, 09/02/2009]
