Cornelius. Cornelius, Corn Palace Mascot

Right across the street from the amazing Mitchell Corn Palace is a statue of its mascot, Cornelius. He's a giant ear of corn with a happy face. Great photo op!

[Jody Day, 07/31/2012]

Cornelius is smartly designed with a grinning face on both sides, so visitors can get him in shots with the Corn Palace in the background.
