Russell's Travel Center
Favorite gas station stop ever! Great museum! So many neat cars and so many other cool collections from the past.
[Shea Morrisson, 06/12/2016]Russell's Travel Center
Just off the interstate I-40 (Route 66) on the Texas - New Mexico State line. This travel center has a huge collection of mid-twentieth century vintage restored autos, gas pumps, toys and life-size cutouts of the "The Duke," Roy Rogers and others. The collection has been growing for the last 35 years or so and this is only a small portion of his total collection. Well worth the cost of admission (it's free!) if you're traveling this way, take some time to go down gasoline alley! (Memory Lane)
