- Chapel by the Sea. From Providence, take 95 south to exit 14. Follow Route 1S. At the third light, turn left on Airport Rd. After three miles, turn left on Bush Ave. At the end of Bush, turn left on Symonds. Take the first right on Point St. The last street is Elgin. Private property; visible from the street.

The chapel is part of a private residence. They are very friendly, though, and you can look around. We went there last month.

Just west of Conimicut Point Park is Chapel by the Sea, a small fairy tale chapel with a million dollar ocean view. Elgin Street is unpaved, so park at the Park and walk over to view it. I understand they have weddings here. We visited around 10:30 AM on a Sunday and saw no service going on, so if you want to attend church in the Chapel by the Sea you may want to call ahead.
