West Warwick, Rhode Island: Station Nightclub Memorial

On February 20, 2003, 100 people died in The Station nightclub fire, ignited by the band Great White's poorly-thought-through stage pyrotechnics. It was left as a vacant lot for years; now it's a pretty park with a memorial stone where the stage used to be.
