Snake Alley is the World's Crookedest Street -- its curves are sharper than SF's Lombard street, allegedly confirmed by Ripley's Believe It Or Not. At any rate, the town sponsors a world class Criterium every year and has an art fair located on it every Father's Day. And the town is nice too! Very historic, Burlington was originally the state capitol of Iowa. Crapo Park (pronounced Cray-poh) is an interesting Arbetorium. Black Hawk Springs is located in Crapo, and was allegedly used by Black Hawk and his people.
