Rome Cemetery. From downtown drive north on Hwy 26, then turn left at the stoplight onto Jervis Ave. Drive one mile. The cemetery will be on the right. The grave is just inside the main gate, on the right. Look for the flagpoles.

Mr. Bellamy wrote the Pledge in 1892, for the 400th anniversary of Columbus Day. It's engraved on his tombstone, which is flanked by flagpoles for visitors who want to engage in impromptu pledging.
