Highway Bear has been visible along Highway 69 for years. The property owner keeps it mowed and manicured, with a path for selfies. They decorate for different seasons -- 4th of July, and so on -- or as a team member of the Chiefs or the Royals. A seamstress makes his clothes.
He is about to get patched up and a fresh air brush coat from an artist. Highway Bear has his own Facebook page.
