Graceland We happened to visit during Elvis Week during August when hundreds of impersonators descended upon the city. At Graceland Crossing shopping center across the street from Graceland, they set up a tent to let the impersonators sing and strut. Some were better than others; it was a funny scene. While we're on the subject of honor...In honor of Elvis Presley's birthday, January 8, NASCAR's Rusty Wallace and NHRA's John Force presented their Elvis-themed race cars to the Elvis Presley Automobile Museum in Memphis, TN.
